ALLERGY TESTING - What you need to know

Thinking of having an allergy test? It's painless and involves only wrist bands with only a positive and negative pulse.

Owner Sharon Richards lived with allergy for fifteen years until she switched hers off with this technology. There are over four hundred and seventy five thousand different items available and the test will give you full body scan like no other, in only seven minutes. Its so safe it can even be used on babies.

Your scan will show clearly if your body is in Allergic reaction to foods, pollens or trees, animals or feathers, dust, chemicals, electrical interference, it even tests components of foods, its that thorough. A list of all allergens is printed for you and you also get to keep a copy of the full body scan results.

Most importantly your session will include desensitising to all allergens and free nutritional advice on how to "switch off your allergy for good".

"To See a World..."

(Fragments from) "Auguries of Innocence"
To see a World in a Grain of Sand
And a Heaven in a Wild Flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand
And Eternity in an hour.

A Robin Redbreast in a Cage
Puts all Heaven in a Rage.
A dove house fill’d with doves and pigeons
Shudders Hell thro’ all its regions.
A Dog starv’d at his Master’s Gate
Predicts the ruin of the State.
A Horse misus’d upon the Road
Calls to Heaven for Human blood.
Each outcry of the hunted Hare
A fiber from the Brain does tear.

He who shall train the Horse to War
Shall never pass the Polar Bar.
The Beggar’s Dog and Widow’s Cat,
Feed them and thou wilt grow fat.
The Gnat that sings his Summer song
Poison gets from Slander’s tongue.
The poison of the Snake and Newt
Is the sweat of Envy’s Foot.

A truth that’s told with bad intent
Beats all the Lies you can invent.
It is right it should be so;
Man was made for Joy and Woe;
And when this we rightly know
Thro’ the World we safely go.

Every Night and every Morn
Some to Misery are Born.
Every Morn and every Night
Some are Born to sweet delight.
Some are Born to sweet delight,
Some are Born to Endless Night.

Thought For The Day

"Holding a goal in mind is inspirational and actually helpful to its accomplishment, because what is held in mind tends to actualize. However, it is a mistake to attack oneself with guilt for failing to achieve the ideal. Upon examination, it will be frequently discovered that it was not really the goal that was desired, but the satisfaction that was associated with it." - David Hawkins.

Awareness

Being a part of human evolution is very rare indeed although it may not seem so. If you were not here in the world then there would be no world to see through the senses would there? Every atom is held in balance through chaos, though with a Divine order. There is no future and there is no past - there is only now. When you think about either of the two then you are projecting through the mind, thus missing the reality of now.

When emotion arises in the individual they often use their mind to project an energy onto their own existence. They project their own illusion unless they have mastered the mind. This is like driving a car whilst constantly looking through the rear view mirror. When you are driving you must be fully focused on the whole experience to operate the vehicle in a safe manner and avoid a collision or potential danger. You must be aware at all times - who is coming from the left, the right, what is the speed limit, what gear should you be in? The same principle applies whilst moving throughout your life. What speed should you be moving at in the moment, is this appropriate? You must be vigilant and aware. The awareness becomes clouded by the human ego and it needs to be deconstructed to operate under the boundary of a healthy pattern. The thoughts and feelings work hand in hand and facilitate the ego, they are a part of the makeup of the ego.

The pattern that you construct is defined by the choices that you make. It is all well and good to think before you speak though when you move into a higher energy field no thought is necessary and speaking unfolds of its own essence. Only one who has accessed this energy field can understand the concept here such as only one who has tasted sugar can know what sugar tastes like.

Baihao Yinzhen, also known as White Hair Silver Needle, is a white tea produced in Fujian Province in China. Amongst white teas, this is the most expensive variety and the most prized, as only top buds (leaf shoots) are used to produce the tea. Genuine Silver Needles are made from cultivars of the Da Bai (Large White) tea tree family. There are other productions that look similar with downy leaf shoots but most are green teas, and as green teas, they taste differently and have a different biochemical potency than the genuine white tea Silver Needle. It is commonly included among the China famous teas.

"Write It On Your Heart"

“Write it on your heart
that every day is the best day in the year.
He is rich who owns the day, and no one owns the day
who allows it to be invaded with fret and anxiety.

Finish every day and be done with it.
You have done what you could.
Some blunders and absurdities, no doubt crept in.
Forget them as soon as you can, tomorrow is a new day;
begin it well and serenely, with too high a spirit
to be cumbered with your old nonsense.

This new day is too dear,
with its hopes and invitations,
to waste a moment on the yesterdays.”

Healthy Eating

Choose food that contains minimal amounts of unhealthy fats. Unhealthy fats include both trans fats and saturated fats. These fats will raise your LDL cholesterol, and elevated LDL cholesterol often correlates with an increased risk for heart disease.

Eat healthy fats in moderation. Poly-unsaturated, mono-unsaturated and omega-3 fats are all good lifestyle choices. These good fats lower your LDL cholesterol and raise your HDL cholesterol, which correlates with decreased risk for heart disease.

Select foods that are low in both sugar and highly refined carbohydrates.Minimize your consumption of sweets, soft drinks, sugary fruit juices and white bread. Choose whole fruits, freshly-squeezed juices and whole grain bread instead.

Eat a variety of different whole foods instead of eating processed foods.
  • Eat fruits and vegetables for their high vitamin and mineral content.
  • Choose lean meat, beans and tofu for their protein content.
  • Enjoy whole grains such as whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, brown rice and quinoa.
  • Eat low-fat dairy products. Skim milk and reduced fat cheeses will reduce your fat intake while ensuring that you receive enough calcium.
  • Take a multivitamin to ensure that you are taking in adequate vitamins and minerals.
  • Frequent and routine exercise everyday will boost your immune system. Also, exercise helps to prevent “diseases of affluence” such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes and obesity. Remember that your physical health can also affect your mental wellness. Physical activity also improves your mental outlook and may prevent anxiety and depression.
  • Explore information from positive psychology and sustainable happiness. Happy people tend to seek out and act on health information so paying attention to your happiness and well-being can help you to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
  • Incorporate organic foods. Shop at a natural food store or buy food from your local farmer's market.

Healthy Routines

Routines can be used for many reasons, but two of the most important are ensuring children's health and safety, and helping children learn positive, responsible behavior. For example, children wash hands before they have snack, or must hold an adult’s hand when crossing the street. We must remember that we may have very high expectations for our children though they do not have the experience we have gained over the years and their perception is not diluted. Most kids see the world as it really is. Having this kind of structure in place throughout our own lives as well as our children's also helps to support their social skills. As babies grow, they come into contact with more people and begin to learn patterns and routines for social interaction. Greetings, good-byes, and chatting with others are examples of routine interactions that teach social skills. These interactions are also opportunities to help our children develop language skills and remember that all of this put together will define the mental and physical makeup of the person. Our younger generation relies on us to pave a steady, concrete path for them to follow.

Picture
Play-time and mealtime are two routines that are very social times for children and parents alike. Through talking, taking turns, sharing toys, learning to wait, and helping others during these activities, young children learn important social skills that will help them later on in school. Many children find it hard to deal with the transitions that they encounter. Depending on your child's temperament, transitions between activities may be easy or more difficult. Going from play to lunch, lunch to the store, the store to home, and especially transitioning to bed time can be challenging to say the least. Routines (like bedtime routines) can help make transitions easier. Some parents use a timer or a "5-minute warning" to prepare their toddlers for a change in activity which changes the brain physiology in the individual and can be an effective indicator.

Picture
Routines can be very satisfying for parents too. Not only do they make transitions easier for children - they also help ease adults into parenthood. The early stages of becoming a parent can be overwhelming and sometimes put a strain on marriage. We often walk around with our ego running riot being the predominant decision-maker, never realising that our children are their own person and it is their own personality that needs to be cultivated. It is obviously a good thing to teach them healthy habits but when we borderline a forceful technique we are heading for trouble such as rebellious kids and increased non-conformity. Daily routines are often thought of as just "maintenance" activities: meal time, running errands, getting ready for bed, taking baths but these everyday actions are rich opportunities to support your child’s learning and development, while having fun. Again, we focus on the child's development because it is the early stages that define the later life. (This book assumes that most adults have already mastered the basics).

Routines offer the chance to build self-confidence, curiosity, social skills, self-control, communication skills, and more. Routines provide the two key ingredients for learning, relationships and repetition so enjoy these "ordinary" moments with your child. If they are having fun with you, then they are learning, too!

Positive Patterns

Cognitive structures are the basic mental processes people use to make sense of information. This has a lot to do with the way the neurons connect together within the brain itself and the reason why some people understand logic where others do not is simply because they have a different brain physiology.

Self-awareness is the key to making healthy changes to our life. It is easy to think that there is something wrong with the world or the 'other people' though this kind of destructive thinking is a trained pattern of thought and will only leave you walking around in circles and for most people this will be for the rest of their life. With nobody there to show us, or if we do not obtain any feedback from the world how can we move forward and better our lifestyle? Pay very close attention to the times throughout your daily life when you seem to feel low or lose a lot of energy, or you may want to cry possibly for no reason at all – so it seems. Realizing that maybe you need more space and some time to replenish & recharge your batteries is a good start and will help to build a healthy structure as a part of your routine. Notice how children like to spend much time within their own imagination and when a parent intervenes they clearly feel that they have been violated of their own playtime in their fairy tale land. Obviously this is very different for the parent however the principle is still the same. It may not be healthy to fantasize and detach from reality although it would be beneficial to find time for ourselves away from the work, the household chores & even the children. We all need space and if we do not feed the mental structure as well as the physical what it needs then the result will be the deficiency manifesting itself as illness.

Check Your Routine

Adults may find routines to be boring, or too much work to implement, but when you’re raising a family, juggling work, running a household, and trying like crazy to find time for yourself and your partner, establishing daily routines is essential.

Not only do routines help keep order and structure in your home (though your kids might never admit it), they also help kids thrive and keep them grounded. Consistency is the key with any new schedule, so if you’re feeling like the routines in your family life might be a little rusty, or possibly nonexistent, I have 5 tips to help you polish them up.

The Importance of Routines? Imagine if you were to start a new job and the company that hired you had no set rules. Employees could come and go as they pleased, didn’t have to meet deadlines, could turn in projects that were incomplete, and if they were feeling bored or restless, they could be excused and go have a break until they were feeling inspired again. Maybe that actually sounds appealing, but in the real world having a non-schedule like that would very quickly result in chaos and disaster.

Routines are your daily habits, the things that you do the same way at the same time. Routines help children feel safe and secure because they know that certain things happen at certain times. Since routines help children know what’s expected, children are generally more cooperative as a result and through consistent repetition these routines can help build their independence from a very young age right through to college. (But let’s not rush it!)

It is not knowledge that ensures good health, but action & there is no better time to put this advice in place than today. If you are not yet on the road to wellness, you can begin with this sample of a healthy day to get you moving. You can tweak the hours and supplements if you need to — just use this as a guide. Remember the old adage, one that definitely rings true when it comes to nutrition: “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”

Action & Progression

10/3/2014

Taking action in our lives is the seedling for a new beginning and gives birth to the opportunity for constructing a new & healthy structure in all areas of our life. The simplest change will produce maximum results, why is this so? When we complicate things we look so deep into a particular matter that we can easily become very narrow-minded, blocking us from seeing the answer or the action that is needed to move forward with the results we need. The mind thinks that it knows what the individual needs however it can only make its judgement on the personal subjective experience of a persons life. That is to say that we can only know and act from what we have been taught or have gained knowledge of since birth. The new ideas that we exercise in our lives are determined by our accumulated experience, therefore if we do not have enough experience and a sound understanding of ourselves then the foundation of a new framework will be weak, threatening the rest of the structure whatever that may be. This basically means that each action taken at any point in our lives will karmically determine the outcome ( the consequence).
