People who work in business and corporate organisations often overlook the fact that every limitation of their employees and staff methods are their own responsibility to nurture. The staff need to be given effective training in needed areas and should be approached in a constructive and caring manner. Disciplinary methods are often incorporated to strike fear into the minds of employees which weakens them rather than bringing them up to a satisfactory level of achievement. There is nothing wrong with a disciplinary scheme however the dominant area of application needs to be the learning process for the company and employees to progress forward rather than deteriorate. Rewards instead of reductions clearly motivate the staff which would help them operate more effectively allowing them to take a happier and healthier approach towards their work. Suitable action can then be executed in confidence that the work has not been completed to satisfaction even though the company has provided the best possible conditions to resolve the matter. Responsibility then moves from management to employee. By doing this we create a much more effective working environment for all concerned including ourselves.
Look around at the many people, children and adults who rarely ever complete a task. Very rarely do they finish a picture, a book, a sentence or story. Rarely anything reaches completion for that matter! Take a look at some of the children of today and observe how they move from one experience to another. When writing or drawing they often write a sentence or draw a small picture on a piece of paper then move to the next page. They use the whole pad of paper and have hardly even written a single line on any page. What is it in the child or any human being that would instruct them to act in such a manner? It is the program of incompletion and the feeling of boredom both working together. The program executes the action and the lack of understanding of their own feelings is the reason for this phenomena. This is what they have copied from their experience so far and have picked up from their surroundings. The child thinks that there is something better waiting on the next page or simply turns the page out of habit and has a trained thought pattern which quickly jumps to the next moment seeing their own work as destructive and they are looking for a ‘clean’ page to start construction.
What they do not realise is that the blank page is what they seek inside themselves, they are yearning for clarity and simplicity which is the place from which they originated before birth into a physical body. The whole process is destructive because they carry this method of action forward throughout their entire life never reaching completion they simply move on to the next page of life. With this pattern of thought nobody can ever derive their full potential out of any situation as they are cultivating quantity rather than quality and will continue to do so until life teaches them otherwise.
This individual is a product of social programming and their mind has been trained to act in this way. Many children jump from one thing to another throughout the whole day exhausting every single activity there is until they get bored and then move onto the next activity. The following day the child awakens again using exactly the same method to push through the day with no understanding of the process and without anybody teaching them otherwise. This has now become a trained set of values and the child values this as their existence. It shall be this way unless a responsible parent or adult teaches the child ways to extract the fullness and the quality out of life. They need to be shown patience and beauty in completion.
This can be done through love and responsibility and teaching them to make full use of their surroundings rather than the usual method where the parent simply points out the errors that are being made but offering no further solution. Many parents are quick to jump on their children for a lack of understanding and wonder why they keep on repeating the same mistakes but are rarely offering solutions and merely pointing out problems.
It is obvious that we only know what we have been taught or that which we teach ourselves so we have a responsibility to the education of ourselves which in turn educates our children. It is often those who think they are the best parents that disable their children via their own ego structure because they have blocked both parties from the critical learning process. The child will also imitate and eventually operate from the same field and pattern throughout their own life with limited understanding and insufficient power to overcome the difficulties of life.
In reality there are no problems, there is only the perception of a problem (how we see a particular situation) due to the individual or group focusing in a specific direction or acting from limited accumulated experience and opinion. Billions of opinions and individual perceptions are documented and often misunderstood as they are passed around social circles.
The ‘seed’ of error begins in the mind of the individual experiencing the ‘problem’ and how we associate and attach ourselves to this experience or carry this information forward in their lives. The experience is not the problem, it is the mindset that we walk away with that affects our next moment and entire future. How we interpret something is how we have processed the information due to our own social programming and history. How another processes the same information is different due to the variation in brain chemistry and mental programming. The majority of results from human study in its entirety are often clouded and documented in error due to their opinions and attachments that they have picked up along the way. Most of these opinions and such have been accumulated unknowingly, mainly via the egotistic nature of the personality and intertwine themselves very discretely into the human psyche and therefore having a devastating impact on the world that we see.
The erroneous programming that shadows the truth of reality is like the virus of a mainframe computer infecting all of the files on its hard drive (the mind). These 'mind viruses' also known as memes, can be rooted out (in a very general sense of the word). The only way to remove a mind virus is to re-program the mind with something else. The mind cannot actually delete information. When we subject the mind to new information it generates more of its predecessor and therefore the older neurons (in this case previous information) falls away. Therefore we can focus in a different direction and begin the process of transmutation from negative thoughts to positive thoughts which house the power we are seeking. The higher the energy field that we successfully access determines the amount or level of power from which we operate to accomplish any given task. This is the change that will build the bridge to inner joy and true success and help to materialise those elusive goals to which we desire.
One of the major issues today is that we can not often see that we have these programs running in our head, let alone become close to doing something about them. At an advantage, someone who recognises and accepts fully that they have such memes running in their brain has a wonderful opportunity to reprogram themselves and walk the path to a healthier, happy lifestyle inside and out - you are that person and consequently are on the road to this attainment. By studying this book and the techniques described herein you will begin to remove the blocks to the power that resides in all of us, everywhere. Life will now become a journey that leads us to a more fulfilled and wholesome life.
